UNAOC Fellowship Alumni Event

The Challenge

The first virtual UNAOC Fellowship Alumni Event of its kind facilitated a number of attendees, an expression of interest form, which served as registration and furthermore simultaneous translation to Arabic. The Virtual Venue also featured an expo hall that allowed for all exhibitor booths to be customized with various types of content and accessed by all attendees. Help desk, resources center and further engagement tools were also easily accessible throughout the virtual venue.

The Solution

The interactive virtual venue featured a number of opportunities for attendees to make new connections between each other whilst participating actively in the other areas of the event - be it watching the professionally produced content, which featured a number of custom designs, or exploring the exhibition area where a variety of booths were available with custom resources for each attendee to view or add to their swag bag.
